INTERIOR SUBFLOOR WATERPROOFING SYSTEM WITH SUMP PUMP

1. All walls to be free of personal items and floor free of personal items 6' away from walls. 2. Stair's to be removed by ESOG. Crew will do its best to removes each step and keep in good shape.

3. Prep area and cover personal items with plastic as needed. 4. Remove section of concrete floor (slab) to expose footing.

5. Drill weep holes in bottom block to drain water from wall and into system (for block walls only). 6. Install (120') linear feet of interior subfloor drain system to catch water below the floor level.

7. Install a vapor barrier mechanically fastened and sealed to the foundation wall above the exterior grade level and sealed at the floor drain flange to catch any leakage through the wall above the floor level and channel any condensation to floor drain. 8. Install one sump system, with battery back up pump, to include: cast iron constructed ½ hp sump pump with built in elevated platform, sealed sump lid, back flow valve, discharge line and highwater alarm (see drawing for location).Outlet available above pump location attached to floor joist 9. Extend discharge line (15’) from foundation to a pop-up outlet. 10. Install inspection ports in system and replace section of concrete floor. 11. Clean work area and remove all construction related debris. NOTES: System carries a transferrable life of the structure warranty. Waterproofing warranty covers area where drain is installed. If additional leakage occurs outside of treated area additional repairs will be required at additional cost. See terms and conditions for additional notes.25% deposit due upon confirmation
