ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

To perform a Waterproofing Program known a “Crack Injection on a total of 13 cracks (161 Lineal Feet) located at the Righr- Rear corner of the building.

POLYURETHANE CRACK INJECTION 1. Drill a series of ½” holes bisecting the crack along poured foundation wall 2. Install an injection port in each hole Inject expandable polyurethane resin into each port to fill and seal crack 3. Inject expandable polyurethane resin into each port to fill and seal crack 4. Surface seal around each port and the crack using epoxy 5. Clean work area and remove all work related debris Notes: Please see attached terms and conditions. Crack injections carry a 10 year warranty against further leakage through repaired area.
