ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

To perform a Subgrade and Drainage Structure investigation below the settled Slab on Grade portion at the right side (from entrance) of the parking deck at the ground floor.

This work shall include the following:

1. Have utilities marked by locating service. Locating service marks from street to meter. If any private utilities are suspected in the work area, a private locating service must be contracted by owner. ESOG may provide recommendation upon request. 2. Provide video inspection of Storm Drain Pipe beneath parking deck slab. Looking for up-flow and separated joints which will allow water beneath the slab. 3. Provide a copy of the video inspection 4. Provide Geotechnical/Subgrade soils investigation a. Layout soil sample locations b. Core drill 4” diameter hole through slab at each location c. Using Hand Auger equipment – Drill, Sample and Test soil beneath the slab for makeup, moisture and density. d. Prepare a report outlining the findings during the investigation. 5. Use findings from both phases of investigative work to Specify a proper repair program 6. Provide detailed estimate for repairs.
