Jay has been in the construction industry most of his working life. He has specialized in water proofing and foundation repair for over 16 years. Jay’s early experience came by “working in the trenches”. He has installed all types of systems and knows exactly what it takes to create the proper solutions for your home. Jay and his business partner, Luis Cuevas, saw a need for a company that did not just sell a prod- uct, but offered cost effective solutions to customers waterproofing and foundation problems. Engi- neered Solutions of Georgia was established in 2006 based on that philosophy. Jay uses the knowledge he has gained over the years to design the correct repairs and has the integrity and honesty to recommend the most cost effective solution. Jay is a Certified Waterproofing and Foundation repair specialist. He has an eye for detail and an excep- tional ability to diagnose problems and identify the proper solution. Jay truly learned his trade “From the ground up”, but has continued to improve his knowledge through industry training and continuing educa- tion and comprehensive class room training. He takes educating the consumer very seriously and is able to communicate the issue and explain the best repair approach in a common sense manner.
