ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

Waterproofing

Structural Repairs

Pressure Grouting

INTERIOR WATERPROOFING SYSTEM

1. Prep area and cover personal possessions with plastic 2. Remove drywall to 4’ above floor elevation 3. Remove studs and seal plate as required 4. Remove section of basement floor (slab) to expose footing and install drain

5. Install (65) linear feet of interior sub floor drain system to catch water below the floor level 6. Tie drain discharge into existing sink discharge line extending approximately (6”) from foundation 7. Modify daylight/exit of discharge line with a pop up valve 8. Install inspection ports in system 9. Remove all work related debris and broom clean

NOTES:

1. Warranty covers only treated area if leakage occurs outside of treated area additional work will be required at additional costs 2. If/where cracks are located in foundation wall, remove a strip drywall to ceiling and cover crack with 6mil vapor barrier and extend barrier into drain tile
