ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:
To provide a “Design/Build” Stabilization program for the purpose of Stabilizing the Settlement Condition occurring beneath the southern portion of the building.
At this time, it is uncertain if the foundation piers previously installed at the left-rear of the building have stabilized that specific foundation settlement. This proposal does not include replacing those foundation piers or adding additional foundation piers, but is focused on preventing future soil migration from beneath the building . Should it be determined that additional Underpinning be required or requested an additional budget of $50,000.00 should be considered.
PRESSURE GROUTING “COMPACTION AND INJECTION GROUTING” FOR SOIL STABILIZATION

Provide Foundation Repair Design
2. Prepare depressed area for “Flowable Fill” including installation of Surface Casings 3. Fill Depressed area with flowable fill (Estimated 100 Cu Yds) 4. Drill and install Grout Casings (Primary Grout Injections) to approx. 5’ into the Boulder Fill +/- 35’ at +/-10’ on center. (16 Locations) see plan 5. Batch and inject approximately 8 cubic yards of “Low Density Cellular Grout” into the Boulder Fill at each location Estimated 128 Cu Yds) 6. Extract each Primary Grout casing and force grout into the subgrade soil under controlled pressures and volumes to compact and densify the soils (Target Volume ½ Cu. Yd. per 2’ lift interval) 7. Drive a series of 1.5” diameter Secondary Grout Injections Mid Span between the Primary Locations (approx. 12 locations) 8. Drive the injection rods through the slab and through poor soil to suitable load bearing strata (estimated average depth of 30”). 9. Force grout under pressure in 12” lifts to compact soil, build grout columns and fill any voids. 10. Estimated grout take is 1000 cu. ft. based on industry standard calculations. Final bill will reflect actual grout volume injected into the ground and will be based on $18.00/cu. ft. above the estimated volume stated above. The minimum daily charge is $3,400.
11. Patch holes using non- shrink grout. 12. Clean all construction related debris.

1. Provide any permits required 2. Provide equipment access into work area (remove replace deck, build construction ramp, remove and replace walls, etc.) 3. Provide a water source for batching grout and clean up 4. Remove and Replace Slab as required
