ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

INTERIOR WATERPROOFING SYSTEM

1. Prep area and cover personal possessions with plastic 2. Remove section of wharehouse floor (slab) to expose footing and install drain 3. Drill weep holes in block to drain water from wall and into system 4. Install ( 98’ ) linear feet of interior sub floor drain system to catch water below the floor level 5. Install Black Coraplast vapor barrier mechanically fastened and sealed to the foundation above the exterior grade level and sealed at the floor drain flange to

catch any leakage through the wall above the floor level and channel any condensation to floor drain 6. Install discharge line extending approximately ( 12’ ) from foundation to a existing catch basin. 7. Install inspection ports in system 8. Remove all work related debris and broom clean.

NOTES: Warranty covers only treated area if leakage occurs outside of treated area additional work will be required at additional cost.

OTHERS TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:

1. Remove and replace air duct in mechanical room 2. Remove and replace toilets for access 3. Remove and replace raised floor section (Stage Area) 4. Verify catch basin functions and maintain it functionality
