INSTALL FINGERSPACE DRAIN REPAIR 1. Break out a section of brick veneer on the exterior to expose fingerspace.

2. Install hydraulic cement dam between brick veneer and foundation wall to redirect water. 3. Break out section of concrete at intersection of foundation wall and daylight framed wall. 4. Install drain system under floor to catch any leakage around end of wall. 5. Wrap end of wall with coraplast plastic panel.

6. Install gravity discharge line (20 ’ ) from foundation wall. 7. Install inspection port and replace section of concrete floor. 8. Clean area and remove all work related debris.

NOTE: System carries a 10 year warranty that is transferable upon new ownership at no additional cost. Waterproofing warranty covers area where drain is installed. If additional leakage occurs outside of treated area additional repairs will be required at additional cost. See terms and conditions for additional notes. Homeowner is to have drywall and flooring removed prior to installation.
