ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

Waterproofing

Structural Repairs

Pressure Grouting

To perform a Structural Repair Program for the purpose of Stabilizing the Lateral Movement condition occurring on the 3 “Courtyard” Retaining Walls at the left/rear of the home.

DRILLED AND GROUTED ANCHORS 1. Remove Brick Veneer at each Anchor location 2. Construct custom scaffolding as required 3. Drill 3” holes through retaining wall or core drill if necessary

4. Drill threaded 30\11 titan bar anchor through each hole to the specified depth (+/- 25’) per engineering 5. Pressure inject neat cement grout through the center of the threaded titan bar to lock anchor in place 6. Place retaining plate (C-Channel From top of grade to slab/footing embedment) and nut to each anchor and tension to tie back wall. 7. Cut end of each anchor and paint to match

8. Remove Scaffolding 9. Replace Brick srctions
