ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

Waterproofing

Structural Repairs

Pressure Grouting

PRESSURE GROUT BENEATH INTERIOR OF UNIT 905

1. Have all under slab plumbing video inspected and located 2. Drill a series of 1.5” diameter holes 5-feet on-center throughout the affected area of interior floor (approx. 40-45 locations). 3. Drive the injection rods through the slab and through poor soil to suitable load bearing strata (estimated average depth of 8’-0”). 4. Force grout under pressure in 12” lifts to compact soil, build grout columns and fill any voids. 5. Estimated grout take is 400 cu. ft. based on industry standard calculations. Additional grout, if required, will be billed at $29.00/cu. ft. above the estimated volume stated above. The minimum daily charge is $2,900. See terms and conditions on page 2 of this contract for additional information. 6. Apply pressure at the upper lifts and attempt to return slab to a more level position.

7. Patch holes using non- shrink grout. 8. Clean all construction related debris.

OTHERS TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING

1. Remove all furnishings and savable floor covering from unit and stored 2. Provide any plumbing repairs required 3. Replace floor covering and furnishing 4. Provide all required roof and interior/exterior cosmetic repairs (paint, trim, surface floor leveling, drywall, etc.)
