INSTALL CARBON FIBER/KEVLAR WALL BRACING STRAPS 1. Grind clean a section of the block wall 5.5 inches wide from top of wall to floor elevation. 2. Install top restraint bracket mechanically fastened to rim joist. 3. Apply a base coat of epoxy. 4. Embed carbon fiber/kevlar weave into wet epoxy and remove air to cure. 5. Install carbon fiber base anchor. 6. Clean work area and remove all construction related debris. NOTE: See terms and conditions. 25% deposit due upon confirmation. Electrical panels to be temporarily removed and put back by others.

POLYURETHANE CRACK INJECTION WITH DRYWELL 1. Drill a series of ½” holes bisecting the crack along poured foundation wall. 2. Break into the concrete floor to create a drywell. 3. Install injection ports/tubes in each hole. 4. Inject expandable polyurethane resin into each port to fill and seal crack. 5. Surface seal around each port and the crack using epoxy. 6. Install a sealed moisture barrier from the top of the foundation wall into the drywell. 7. Install concrete over the drywell to make the slab floor flush again. 8. Clean work area and remove all work related debris

Notes: Please see attached terms and conditions. Crack injections carry a 10 year warranty against further leakage through repaired area. Homeowner to move all personal items 4 feet away from work area. Electrical panels to be removed and put back by others for proper installation.
