ENGINEERED SOLUTIONS OF GEORGIA PROPOSES TO FURNISH AND INSTALL THE FOLLOWING SCOPE OF WORK:

To perform a structural repair program for the purpose of stabilizing the settlement condition occurring in the drive land adjacent to the front-right corner of building 4.

PRESSURE GROUT

1. Drill a series of 1.5” diameter holes 5-feet on-center throughout the affected area of drive lane. 2. Drive the injection rods through the pavement and through poor soil to suitable load bearing strata (estimated average depth of 15’-0”). 3. Force grout under pressure in 12” lifts to compact soil, build grout columns and fill any voids. 4. Estimated grout take is 500 cu. ft. based on industry standard calculations. Additional grout, if required will be billed at $24.50/cu. ft. above the estimated volume stated above. The minimum daily charge is $2,900. See terms and conditions on page 2 of this contract for additional information.

5. Patch holes using non- shrink grout. 6. Clean all construction related debris.
